As a Property Investment Consultant at Axxco, you will play a crucial role in driving our investment strategy and client portfolio growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and evaluating potential investment properties in the social housing sector.
- Providing expert advice and consultancy services to clients on property investments.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with investors, property vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
- Collaborating with our team to develop innovative investment solutions that meet client needs.
We are looking for candidates who exhibit the following qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in property investment, real estate consultancy, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the property market, particularly in social housing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
