Our history

2012

Our team successfully privately renovated our first property specifically for hand-over to local authorities.

2016

By 2016 we had established a private portfolio of property to the rough valuation of of £3,000,000 situated across the UK.

2018

From 2018 onwards we introduced private clients to the system and began selling with our current sourcing, developing and handing over method.

2020

Having completed upwards of 150+ developments, and holding a small private, but repeat purchasing client base as well as our own portoflio we set about plans to expand our operation.

2022

In 2022 we officially launched Axxco, The branded sales and distribution arm set to introduce the primary market to our system and scale our operation to a commercial level.

2023

Come 2023 we began scaling our operation including doubling our in-house build teams due to the exceptional demand we were experiencing.

2024

2024 was spent streamlining our operation process, expanding to a Deansgate, Manchester based head office and increasing team size.

2025

In 2025 we continue to operate at scale, and have also announced our planned expansion to open Axxco Housing Association.
